"Ours has been a great journey, we have had a great success in our programs. As a matter of fact, more programs are set to be rolled out in the near future. We are targeting the young, with an aim of planting in them the will to stand on their own." Said Valentine
On November 30th 2018 the organization will be launching a program christened "Wezesha Vijana" empowerment program that seeks to create a viable network of young motivated farmers. Through the program, about sixty youth drawn from the wards in Nandi county will be provided with vegetable seedlings to plant.
"We shall involve about Sixty youth after which they shall be supplied with assorted vegetable seedlings. This is aimed at growing food for health, wealth and also a means of wealth creation." She said.

The founder, came up with the program to enhance long term engagement with the youth and transforming them into problem solvers in the society.
Program Objectives
Among the objectives of the program include; reduction of the national dependency on imported food, creation of employment amongst the youth, development of technical and entrepreneurial skills and most importantly, the achievement of food security in line with President Kenyatta's big four agenda.
Partnerships
First Track Mentors is seeking to partner with like minded organizations and individuals to see to it that the programs are actualized. "We don't mind partnerships with other like minded organizations." Said the CEO Valentine Simei.
