NASA MP’s are set to skip President Uhuru’s first sitting in
Parliament tomorrow. NASA co-principal Moses Wetangula said that a section of
the MP’s allied to the NASA coalition will be skipping the first sitting of
parliament. The Bungoma senator told off the Jubilee party stating that Jubilee
doesn’t have the moral authority to coordinate a sitting of parliament as the
presidential election re-run awaits.
President Uhuru Kenyatta has said that he is not moved by
the threats arguing that Jubilee MP’s will continue with the parliamentary
first sitting slated for tomorrow. According to the president, Jubilee has the
numbers and so business will continue as normal.
